Advanced Placement English Language & Composition is a year-long course intended to prepare junior level students to take the College Board exam as well as the end-of-course exam for English III and the ACT. Therefore, this course will be rigorous and will require daily homework. The focus for this course will be in styles of writing and rhetoric, mechanics, and American literature.
